This lively graphic painting shows the influence of Melanesian tribal art on my work. As a kid growing up in Papua New Guinea we had a school project to paint the exterior walls of the classrooms with various traditional designs. The vivid colors and feel of PNG can be seen in this piece, now printed on canvas and framed in black pinewood. This work would add life to any space.
