Original canvas works are carefully rolled and shipped worldwide in a protective tube by specialist courier.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days to prepare and package your order
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location
- Tracking: All orders are sent with a tracking number, emailed on dispatch
- International orders: May be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer
- Damage in transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at clintondevere@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly

Production Times: 2–5 business days for printing, quality checks, and packing.
Shipping Times (after production):
- Germany & EU: 3–7 business days
- UK & Switzerland: 4–8 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia & Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Where We Ship From: Orders are fulfilled via Gelato's global print network, shipped from a facility near you where possible.
Delays & Customs: International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.
