Faces in Orange & Green Landscape (Matte Paper Metal Framed Poster 60x80 cm)

This piece was created soon after I returned to Europe after studying in Australia. A lot was going on in my life and the intensity of relocating can be seen in the work.  The original is a large work on paper with already inked cutouts stuck on randomly/intuitively. The outcome is a scene of abstract highways and byways, hills and valleys with faces embedded in this confused landscape. The orange and green combination adds to the sense of dissonance. So... a work that is full of life and energy but perhaps not for the wall of the meditation space! Not for the faint-hearted.
